Hi, my name is Jeff Jannett, if you last 15 years at a Mortgage Company; you need to be dedicated and successful. Since 1993, I have strenuously worked to develop a solid reputation with our real estate community. I always go the extra mile to assure everything works out well and I pride myself on understanding the creative use of Mortgage products.
As a past manager and vice president of sales, I have learned a great deal in both retail and wholesale lending. I am a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and have licensing in eleven states. FHA financing is my bread and butter Mortgage. I am also experienced with home improvement loans as well as double wide manufactured home loans. I appreciate the opportunity to help people buy and refinance. My goal is to expand opportunities with integrity, value and service. I am a proud graduate of Eastern Michigan University and Wayne State University. I also served two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
