My name is Bill Lockhart, Executive Loan Officer with Shore Mortgage since 1997. I have become well-known as "The Education Specialist". Understanding that an informed client is the best client, I always go out of my way to bring knowledge to all of my clients. I am also an active teacher for first-time homebuyer classes throughout the community which has rewarded me with hundreds of satisfied, repeat clients through the years.
